When I dropped off the van I felt like I was being talked down to, like I was annoying him. When I came to pick up the van a few hours later I was made to wait for two customers, which was fine, but when I had my wife and 1 year old come inside because of the wait the owner (I'm assuming) got very annoyed. He made a comment about my 1 year old touching the glass door, how he didn't want to have to clean it every day, and about him touching the radiator because of the heat. First of all, the glass wasn't particularly clean and my sons hands weren't dirty, and weren't leaving any visible smudges. Second, the radiator wasn't on... so there was no danger of him hurting himself on it, although when I pointed this out he seemed exasperated, like him mentioning the heat was him being polite about being annoyed that he was touching it. When it came to check out he told me that they found the coolant was a quart low, and that they filled it up (without asking), and that he was only going to charge me for the material... eight euros... I pay less than that for an entire gallon of coolant (4-quarts). I paid the bill because I was tired of waiting, and my other son needed to be picked up from school. The repair work was topnotch, no issues there... but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I had already called and explained the issue and how it was covered by warranty, but I had to go through all the symptoms again when I checked in (by appointment)... felt like I had to convince him I was telling the truth. I will certainly not recommend this facility, and I will avoid returning here at all costs.

I have had several appointments with this business for regular service of my vehicle, but I have never had the displeasure of working with Michael until recently. The service work has been fine, but I will look for another company to give my business to in the future due to the incredibly terrible and disrespectful customer service that I received from Michael.

I ended up sending the car back to the States to a professional race shop and asked them to assess the damage done during the "test drive". Phil claimed the rear end "locked up"; the rear end WAS a built solid axle wth FRPP innards. "But from the looks of it with the tunnel damaged I can only suspect they hit something (pothole), the passenger side is twisted, the fuel line was twisted showing it wrapped around the driveshaft, the tunnel was beat up from where the driveshaft hit around and potentially even the rear end slapped around. That wasn't a simple "lockup" someone was fucking with your car. The fuel line alone would've killed the power to the car." He even charged me for him to tow it back to his garage. Horrible and expensive experience.

Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it's part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it's going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it's going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car. The salesman Matt was a nice guy. He treated me well. This wasn't his fault. The manager John got involved after a while saying he was going to help me get to the bottom of it but really didn't do much. He meant well and maybe my expectations were too high but in my mind a customer trying to see how long this is going to take isn't a unreasonable request. Of course I'm going to keep getting frustrated when I get zero information besides we are working on it. Can't give you a timeline etc..
