This Branch, is in the Shopping Mall, which it is called Oak Mall, and it is under the Glassed Roof, along with other shops. So it is my favourite one, so that explains my shopping time! They have a seating area in the back, it it is roomy, and clean, and great place to have a natter and a usual aulds food.! Eve if you are not happy with one coffee or hard cake, they would be more happy to exchange or refund, or even keep it in their mind, for next time when you visit and they will give you a free item. I love their staff, as I am regular there, and they always welcome me everytime. Even when I am walking past, they usually give me a wave, and sometime a wee natter! Also I do love their service, as when I order the food, they usually tell me to have a seat in the back, and they will bring the food and drinks over to my table!

Everything is freshly baked on the premises and sandwiches made to order. You can park right outside too for no charge. We always stop here when we're in Greenock!
