This bank has screwed up my family at least 3 times I know of. The last being today…read more They kicked me out because they "didn't like the way I handled my business account". Of course before that they took hundreds of dollars of fees out and even made the fee situation worse themselves. They did me a favor. I switched to a better bank. My brother waited 2 weeks for a loan approval. Well when he didn't immediately get a yes from them, he went to another bank and was approved the same day he applied. Then they called back with a yes and he told them they were too late. Finally they won't accept my aunt and uncle's power of attorney document even though every other organization and every other bank has taken it. My aunt and uncle are sick and don't want to have to handle their finances. They want me to. But the power of attorney is missing a phrase so they will make one last trip to this bank to close their accounts. If you have very simple personal checking and plenty of money, you'll be fine here. If you need anything unusual it has to go to their corporate offices and those people are idiots. The local branch has NO power to do anything out of the ordinary.
