DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!…read more This lawyer bombed my wife's case on purpose. Showed up to court an HOUR and a HALF late!! No apology to us or the judge. Never submitted one the 15 pieces of contempt evidence against my wife's ex, never objected once while my wife's ex's lawyer engaged in frivolous litigation, deceiving the court and misleading the court, didn't ask any questions he said he would while having us on stand. It's clear he was communicating and working with the other side and not for OUR side!! He cost my wife a $19,000 loss in court that shouldn't have happened. This doesn't even include what we paid him. Avoids signing or producing any kind of contracts including for retainment of services. Likes to get his money in money orders. Uses a pre pay app cell phone if some sort. We asked for our money back. He ignored us. We asked for our money back again now almost a year later and said we would write the bar. He has now committed fraud putting a outrageous lean on our new case to try and resolve what he fucked up. We didn't owe him anymore money at all. This guy is a fucking piece of shit, he has threatened us, he has told us while in his office he has threatened to blow another clients brains out when they asked for their money back after he bombed in court with them. If you look on other sites reviews you can find the real scoop and similar reviews about this guy. SCUM BEWARE!!!!!! Smooth talker complete crap if you have to go to court!!! You would be better off driving down the highway throwing your money out the window, representing yourself and would have a better chance in court. Don't be fooled by his seemingly knowledgeable "good talker skills" worthless in court, commits fraud, operates under the radar, and if you call him out gets really weird and makes violent threats along with crazy fraudulent claims POS!

Thankfully after researching MANY attorneys in the area, I chose to meet with Oscar. I believe this decision made all the difference during my divorce. Oscar is patient, kind and offered a steady presence during an extremely emotional time. He handled everything with precision. As a result, I came out of the divorce with a more than fair settlement and a team to help me get on my feet in the days following. I appreciate Oscar and his team so much. I don't think you could find anyone better to turn to during such a difficult time as divorce. Would highly recommend!

Most all communication was deferred to assistants who were clearly overloaded. I never even met Mr. Daniels until mediation. I had to introduce myself to the hosting law firm, the mediator, and the opposing attorney. Mr. Daniels was 5 minutes late, had no plan, except a failed strategy that I'd suggested myself. We spent 6.5 hours in mediation where Mr Daniels and the mediator discussed cuisine, and I discussed man toys with him. Mr. Daniels interjected very little and sent a handsome bill following. Mr. Daniels demonstrated plenty of teeth and bark with me, but was quite unhelpful for the greater and unnecessary struggle my now ex produced. Almost a year later, I am still untangling a tax debt that I brought to Mr Daniels attention on my own.
