Mr. McCormack was my divorce lawyer; and he was actually working for my ex! He'd never return my…read morephone calls; then he suddenly called me one day, wanting me to come and sign settlement papers, giving primary custody of my daughters to their father!! Who was he working for anyway?!! I'll remember until I die how he threatened me and intimated me that if I didn't sign custody of my children over to their father, I may never see them again! I was very weak and vulnerable after years of domestic violence from my ex; I needed a strong shoulder to lean on!! But Mr. McCormack just bullied me as bad as my ex had!! All he cared about after he got my money was getting a settlement, and a day off! He couldn't care less if he did anything for me or my children, and what was in their best interest! He should have gotten me at least half of my ex's retirement money too; but he didn't lift a finger to try!! IF YOU WANT A LAWYER WHO KEEPS WORKING FOR YOU AFTER HE GETS YOUR MONEY, AND WHO RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALLS, STAY AWAY FROM MR. MCCORMACK!!

We spent 6.5 hours in mediation where Mr Daniels and the mediator discussed cuisine, and I discussed man toys with him. Mr. Daniels interjected very little and sent a handsome bill following. Mr. Daniels demonstrated plenty of teeth and bark with me, but was quite unhelpful for the greater and unnecessary struggle my now ex produced.
