There was nothing but invoices for reading questions dropped in a portal that were either not answered or half heartedly answered. When I asked questions to attorney Fenwick, I was often belittled and basically told to stay in my lane and let her do her job. Long story short, after all of the preparation for court....over a year for a case that I was told was pretty open and shut, I was told the day before that I should settle. I don't believe that the attorney prepared for the case and advised me to take a fraction of what I was owed. I did what she said because, with no time to pivot, I felt I had no choice. It was the worst example of professionalism. I paid to be demeaned and treated like my case didn't matter. In the end, I lost more than money. It's very sad and after several months, I feel the need to warn others.

This was just to get me a bond, he wanted a remaining 20k to cover my case. Communication was extremely poor, especially during such a stressful situation. What concerned me most was that he sent a private note we had written directly to the DA, which felt highly unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, he later called and insulted me personally, saying, "there must be something wrong with your brain." No client should ever be spoken to that way. Although he was able to get a bond, the conditions attached to it were so excessive that it was nearly impossible to actually get released from jail. For the amount of money charged, I expected far better treatment, professionalism, and communication. Overall, an awful experience and I would not recommend his services.
