I found out during my first conversation with Tara that she is forthright, honest, tough, hardworking and loves a challenge. I told her that I really liked the broker I had, that he had worked hard, etc. Tara asked me what rate she needed to get my business, I said she needed to beat his rate by 50 basis points (half a percent), to which she replied "no problem, give me a day"!
