I was referred to Tara by my girlfriend. My mortgage company was not being helpful with porting my mortgage, and my previous mortgage broker could not seem to get me a decent rate. I found out during my first conversation with Tara that she is forthright, honest, tough, hardworking and loves a challenge. I told her that I really liked the broker I had, that he had worked hard, etc. Tara asked me what rate she needed to get my business, I said she needed to beat his rate by 50 basis points (half a percent), to which she replied "no problem, give me a day"! Anyway, she ended up beating it by almost 60 basis points, there was no way I could have gotten a better rate with the same criteria. To say I'm happy with the service of her and her excellent team would be a huge understatement. If I could give her 6 stars I would!
