I was referred to Tara by my girlfriend. My mortgage company was not being helpful with porting my mortgage, and my previous mortgage broker could not seem to get me a decent rate. I found out during my first conversation with Tara that she is forthright, honest, tough, hardworking and loves a challenge. I told her that I really liked the broker I had, that he had worked hard, etc. Tara asked me what rate she needed to get my business, I said she needed to beat his rate by 50 basis points (half a percent), to which she replied "no problem, give me a day"! Anyway, she ended up beating it by almost 60 basis points, there was no way I could have gotten a better rate with the same criteria. To say I'm happy with the service of her and her excellent team would be a huge understatement. If I could give her 6 stars I would! When I need a renewal or if I have to move again, she will be my first call.

Stefan went above and beyond what we ever would have expected of him to do. He guided us through our first home purchase and clearly laid out all of the steps to get from point A to point B. Not only did Stefan provide AMAZING customer service, but he put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. My spouse and I ended up having our house built instead of buying off of the market. There were a few uncomfortable scenarios that we had to deal with not only with the builder but also with the builder's legal team regarding signing the contracts and the bank receiving the right figures from the legal team.
