I was only able to save six of the flowers, which is disappointing considering I only had the bouquet for two days. I will say they were beautifully wrapped and came with lots of foliage and baby's breath (why I don't give them just 1 star), but will tell my husband not to return here. I didn't snap a picture of the moldy flowers as I quickly tossed them into the green bin. I'll attach a picture of the flowers that didn't mold, as well as the wrapping they came in.

The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

I found a beautiful arrangement, placed the order, and called back to make sure everything went through. He told me the delivery driver had already left, but he went above and beyond and personally delivered the flowers himself. I've ordered flowers for family and friends throughout California, and typically, the arrangements don't always look as good as the pictures online. With Alejandra's Flowers, that wasn't the case at all. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the picture. I'm incredibly thankful they were able to get such a beautiful arrangement to my family during such a difficult time. They were extremely quick at getting back to me and super helpful answering my questions. The process of purchasing wasn't a headache where I had to fill out card info, it was so fast and simple I just had to do Apple Pay (many other florists that I've used don't have this feature online). The flowers were extremely fresh compared to the other floral arrangements my sister got for this event, I think they will last a long time. I asked for a picture from the store and they didn't disappoint. The price is a little expensive for the amount of flowers compared to other places but the quality of the flowers made up for that. The customer service was awful, communication was poor, and he showed very little willingness to cooperate or resolve the issue professionally. We placed an order for a corsage and boutonnière made with ALL pink mini roses. Hours before our scheduled pickup, Eli called to tell us there were no pink flowers of any kind available. Then, just two hours later, he called back claiming he had found pink mini roses. Naturally, we expected the order to be made as requested. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, both the corsage and boutonnière were almost entirely white, with only three pink mini roses combined between the two. The pink flowers were not even fully pink, they looked spray painted on the top. The set was also very smashed and not fresh looking. I also have never seen a stem sticking out of a corsage like this before, it was very uncomfortable and poking my arm since it was thick wires. This was absolutely not what we ordered, paid for, or expected. The ONLY reason we went with Sanger flower garden is because they said they can make an ALL pink mini rose corsage and boutonniere and Selma was unable too. However, we could have gotten something similar with the white mini roses for almost half the price at Selma, so naturally, we were disappointed that we paid more for an order that wasn't even fulfilled correctly. When we brought this to Eli's attention, instead of handling the situation professionally and trying to find a reasonable solution, he became visibly upset. Eli did state that he "upgraded" us by adding more white flowers, however white is what we were originally trying to avoid. He offered a refund and then proceeded to throw the flowers onto a table behind him. He also rudely gestured his hand to my face basically shutting me up. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A customer expressing disappointment over an order that was not made as requested should not be met with that kind of attitude. What bothered me most was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to work with us to resolve the situation. Mistakes can happen, especially with flowers, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its customer service. I ultimately declined the refund and took the flowers because I urgently needed them that day. With only about two hours left, I did not have enough time to find another florist. I felt stuck accepting something I was unhappy with because of the situation and the limited time available. I would not recommend this flower shop based on this experience. If you are placing an order for a special occasion, make sure you get exactly what you requested and paid for. The flowers themselves were disappointing, but the customer service and the way Eli handled the situation were what made this experience truly unacceptable.
