She is very detailed and asks you questions to make sure everyone is on the same page. I totally recommend. Also it's worth to mention, if you park in the back lot, their salon is in front of the building. So at first I couldn't find it bc I parked in the back and I didn't see their name listed in the directory lobby area. Don't be like me! Inside of the salon was super stylish and clean!
