When you enter the plaza, go downstairs. Very calming environment and nicely decorated massage room. What I like about Amy is that she doesn't stall in the beginning (the part where they tell you to undress) and deduct massage time for you to put your damn clothes back on after the session like other massage therapists that I have had. It was a full hour - very respectable. Deep tissue massage technique from Amy was efficient and wholesome. Inside of using kneading patterns, she does this really cool firm stretch right above your muscle with a sweeping motion. Good stretches and amazing pressure (I like it kinda rough). Will visit Amy again when I'm back in town.

I've also been the PT for tendonitis, IT band syndrome and my back problems. Jenna does an excellent job knowing where to focus and releasing tight muscles. Working with her has helped me get back to running and other activities. She's one of the few massage therapists I would recommend for anyone with injuries and limitations, since she does a good job working with you based on how you can sit/lie down and adapting her technique. I also have no reservation recommending her to anyone with trauma or anxiety about getting a massage. She is a safe person to see if you're gender diverse or transgender as well.

Each session is designed to gently regulate stress, release stored emotional tension, and support the body’s natural capacity to heal. Reiki works with the body’s subtle energy system to restore flow and calm the stress response. EFT (often called tapping) combines acupressure points with focused awareness to help process difficult emotions and shift limiting patterns. Sound healing uses vibration from singing bowls and other instruments to support deep nervous system relaxation. Meditation helps integrate the work, building resilience and clarity over time. Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, physically tense, or emotionally stuck — and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to themselves. This work is both practical and restorative. It is not about escaping life. It is about strengthening your capacity to live it well. At I Am Well, healing is not something added to you. It is something awakened within you.

Very professional from the ease to setup the appointment on line and only had to pay a $25 deposit to hold the appointment. Alex did a pre session interview taking notes about why I was there and what I hope to get from it. I had read that if your energy was very out, it is better to have 3 sessions of reiki in 6 weeks. I used 3 different therapists for this. After the session, he had a written form of what he found, what he did, and the outcome. Besides the chakras, he also diid a look at the rest of the body. He texted me a picture of the sheet the next day. He was very understanding about the fact my late soulmate is very protective of me and needed to be asked for me to have any hands. Alex could even see EBS. I plan to keep my energy more inline since I have been fighting leg pain and weakness which has improved. I plan to do that quarterly so I do plan to return.
