The alternator went out, the wrong battery was in the vehicle and needed to be replaced, the suspension had problems, the tires were bad, the starter went out and there was issues with the wiring. To fix all this would be $1300.00. The mechanic I saw said it's not worth putting another penny into and now my family is without a vehicle. We dealt with sales consultant Arnold interested in looking at a 2026 Toyota Corolla. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Of course we had to do the classic negotiation with him and his manager and the whole wheel and deal the whole process of negotiating for buying a new car, but I didn't find any dishonesty/sneakiness that you find at a lot of other car dealerships. Toyota's offer was much more fair than Honda's offer for one of their vehicles and more fair on the trade in value of the car we were trading in and they were willing to price match if we found a better trade in offer elsewhere. Also, the sales consultants do not work off commission here which is a plus for potential buyers. So after dealing with them, and after doing our due diligence checking out Honda Kenosha, we ultimately purchased the 2026 Toyota Corolla from them. I highly recommend Arnold as the salesman you deal with at this location, and I am recommending the location overall if you want to buy a Toyota.
