Apparently, wires got crossed at their office and we had to call to get Brian Jr. out here. Not a great first impression. When he did arrive he couldn't have been more apologetic about the appt. having been missed, and his showing up late. That was last negative. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed both jobs very quickly! He was professional in he is demeanor and approach to the jobs, and left the work areas cleaner than he found them. Fast forward to today. We had a mishap during another project late yesterday when we went to hang something in the wall and accidentally ran a screw through the cold water feed to the vanity in the bathroom. We had to shut off the water main to the house. I called Brian and told him we'd had a mishap and could he come over ASAP, as we had to shut off the water to the house. He cancelled a job that he had scheduled and came right over. He had the problem repaired and the water back on in 20 minutes! I can't say enough about what great plumber and person he is. Based on his performance and super attitude for the past two days, he'll get all of my plumbing work, as well as referrals if anyone asks.

It took Fred awhile to tackle our tough project and the conclusion was we had a seriously dead toilet.
