I contacted Chad Kelly when my BMW X5 showed an alert for an oil change and rear brake service. Setting an appointment was extremely easy. Chad contacted me quickly, and arranged a time that was convenient for me. I was a little early, and he was ready for me. After talking with me, and gathering my information he immediately took my car into the service bay. He completed the oil change, then let me know that my brakes were not in need of brake pads- they had about 70% of the pads left. He let me know that he would reset the computer to sync it with the condition of the brake pads. Chad explained everything he was going to do, and let me know what charges I'd have before he did anything. He was extremely thorough, and considerate. I let him know that I found his shop on the internet, and was impressed by the number of positive reviews I read. I too was very pleased with his service, and let Chad know that I will be back in the future. Thanks so much. I'm so glad to not have to drive into Midtown Houston to get my car serviced. read more

Third Coast Bimmers : 5 * rating - 3 As : Awesome, Amazing, Admirable. I had the opportunity to have Chad service my "baby Benz" a couple of weeks ago. The whole process was totally awesome. After I left the car with Chad, he called me a short while later and explained to me what needed to be done and an estimate. He was very thorough and professional in his explanations to my husband and me. He told us when the car would be ready and he was very punctual. His service was simply excellent . We felt very comfortable with Chad. His prices were very competitive and reasonable. We couldn't ask for a better "expert" in European automobiles to take care of our car. From now on, Chad will be our "man" for both of our vehicles. A big "Thank you" to Chad. In sum: Facilities : Very nice, immaculate, very comfortable for customers to wait. Services : Excellent, top notch quality Prices : Very competitive and reasonable Chad : very knowledgeable, professional and personable NBT aka A Very Happy Customer read more

This is a great example of how interaction between mechanic and car owner experience should be like. I went in for an alignment on my 328i. Prior to performing the work, Chad showed me exactly how far out the alignment was on each tire. You will absolutely not get that at your local BMW dealership service. I will be coming back for all my maintenance needs for my BMW and future vehicles. He doesn't only specialize in BMW, but other domestic models as well. The pricing is fair and Chad does not put any pressure on you. All parts are genuine so you can be assured your getting the right parts for you vehicle. The shop is inviting and if you choose to wait for your service, there is a cozy waiting area and cold beverages to choose from. I'll be coming back for any repairs or maintenance as I feel I found a very trusted mechanic and shop. read more

We had such a wonderful experience at Third Coast Bimmers! They were by far the most reasonable quote for the repair work I needed and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The facility is very clean and well-appointed. There is a separate playroom for kids if you need to bring kids with you (which I did!) and a large and comfortable lounge area for waiting that even has Netflix. There are snacks and beverages available. And the work on my car was done quickly and for exactly the price that was quoted -- no surprises! Can't recommend this place enough, and I will be coming to them from now on. BTW, they service all makes of cars, not just foreign or luxury cars -- I drive a Subaru! ;-) read more

I am taking my BMW to these guys after a referral from my other mechanic shop. I know what is wrong with it but I just do not want to fix it myself due to an aching back. I hope I found a good shop. The guys at Mustang auto say this place is great. Hopefully, I found a nice BMW shop like I found a great Mercedes shop in inLeague City (Cedes). I'll keep you updated. I always let shops have their say. Being a mechanic isn't a perfect science sometimes. I've made mistakes myself on my own car/trucks so I see how experience and the artsy touch can make a difference. I almost replaced my car's a/c when I found on my "just one more try" lookover that a wiring harness was disconnected. read more

After about 3 years of planning Chadand Michael took on a project we'd been getting ready for. No it wasn't a BMW but my Porsche 968. It was a total engine out reseal of all gaskets and some internals and belts. We ran into some problems that were solved and after a couple of weeks my car fired right up!..Chad took on the challenge and thankfully I didnt have to drive across Houston to help with parts. Less than 10 mi.s away. I've become pretty good friends with the guys down there and get totally respect on any questions and answers. Thanks Chad for everything you've done to my car to make it pristine read more
