Awful customer service. I bought a Groupon for their discovery flight package and Eva told me I could not redeem it because I wasn't planning to attend their flight school! Attending flight school was not in the fine print on the Groupon. The Groupon was $193! She then told me "maybe Groupon can give you a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience." The voucher was purchased in November and Groupon only allows refunds within 3 days of the initial purchase. She never got back with me. Just distasteful! Don't waste your time there! This is a great school to get your training. I have recieved training and have been employed by them. The aircraft maintenance facility is great and would fly any airplane that David works on. As far as coupons, you must be enrolled in a flight school program to be able to rent an airplane and go fly. This is not up to the school but insurance and regulation.
