Drop in early unexpectedly, kids running wild everywhere! 4 and 5 year old's running around in the infant room!!! 3 year old's in the 10 year old's room! Majorly understaffed. Staff is so rude and completely unprofessional. Both of my children came home with cuts and bruises multiple times. I pulled them both out.

I saw so many things as time went on that were inappropriate (babies in soiled diapers walking around the class while others were dressed, 2 year olds mixed with 10 year olds, "teachers" yelling, "teachers" using cell phones while the kids watched TV) I filed a formal report and when I let the owner know she didn't seem concerned or surprised. My kids who were 2 at the time were afraid and asked to not go back, they cried at the thought of going to "school". This was an eye opener to me, I was a new mom to the daycare world and this experience proved everything I was afraid of. I gave my 2 weeks notice of pulling out my children (even though I did not send them back) which I paid for and we never looked back. Saw a "teacher" once at a restaurant and she confided that she quit and felt uncomfortable working there but they were under new management. I am not convinced nor do I care to find out.
