They already close every other week for something, don't offer any proration to your rate when they close, and then have the nerve to serve these kids jail food. Literally charging a late fee for turning in registration papers late when the due date was on new years eve. Legit stated they won't prorated anything even in the state of emergency BUT they have severely reduced the quality of severice since the pandemic. The irony. Nikita's attitude is still horrible. When we first visited The Learning Experience, Ms. Jolivette gave us a tour. I was very impressed by her knowledge of early childhood education the passion that she used to describe the daily activities the children were involved in. I have visited daycares in the past and the Director does not have time to give you a tour or they are very regimented in their approach. She played and talked to my so he felt right at home. After we enrolled him, it took him awhile to get used to the bigger environment. All the teachers took great care to make sure he acclimated well. They are all kind and compassionate towards him. In the few months that he has been there, I can see a how they are working with him on his fine motor skills. They use an approach of instilling important skills in a fun way. To sum it up, TLE is a great place for my son to learn and have fun while being surrounded by knowledgeable caring people.

I even had a physical altercation with a staff member in the admin house who then later congratulated me for my "bravery" as I was the first child who attempted to fight back.
