Do NOT use. They destroyed our back yard by spraying it with Round UP to get rid of weeds. Round UP ! On an actual lawn. It killed our lawn. That has now cost us thousands to fix. To make things worse...when we refused to pay the rest of our bill - $93 - they refused to fix our lawn, which like I said, cost us thousands and they continued to hound us for the $93. Now we have been notified that we were sent to collections - for $93 - by a company that cost us thousands. read more

We started to use Think Green back in 2017-18 At first the lawn looked very good but as the years went by the yards stated to look worse and worse. The front yard that was once thick and thriving was getting thinner. We aerate led we lined we out sand down all on their recommendation but it just kept getting thinner. The last two years I was mowing nothing but Dirt. Finally I said enough is enough and fired them. Of course they wanted to keep our business. They offered to reduce our rate to last years price, a girl that my neighbor spoke to said as the lawn gets older it get thinner WTH we were told that a year or so ago they put down a fertilizer that turned out to be a bad one. We sure didn't get a rebate just the promise that this year they found a good one. Nope we fired them. We now have a new Company and the yard is finally coming back. I hired Think Green lawn back in August of 2017 to deal with my backyard that was never properly seeded when I initially purchased my home in August of 2015. I tirelessly worked to get the yard seeded with Rye grass during the fall of 2016, and by the time spring of 2017 had rolled around I seeded with bermuda seed while the Rye burned up over the summer. It took a while for the Bermuda seed to take, so by the time the Rye was gone, I realized my bare land was going to be over taken by weeds again. I hired Think Green with the main intention to take care of crabgrass throughout my yard, but also to prevent the yard from becoming what it had been prior to the fall of 2016. Over the course of about 8 months, I noticed that they were not spraying the backyard at all. While my front yard was mostly weed free, the backyard was once again being completely overtaken by weeds. I called in April 2018 to ask them to call me before the next service was done, as I needed to speak with someone about how they were taking care of my yard. They never called to talk to me, and instead sent someone out to perform 2 subsequent treatments on my yard, once again providing no treatment to the backyard. For the past 3 months, they have been calling me expecting payment, when prior to those 8 months, I had done nothing but pay them in a timely manner. I finally spoke with someone today, who claimed that because she had "no record" of me calling in, in April to ask for someone to speak with me (probably because it was left over voicemail, and I didn't get to actually speak with someone), she expected me to pay for the 2 treatments anyway. I've since switched to True Green, who I'm much happier with. They provide a detailed analysis of what they've done to the yard, and they also call before they come out to let me know they are on the way, and don't just show up randomly for a couple of minutes and then leave. Think Green is a complete waste of money, and their customer service is awful. Steer clear. read more

I use think Green , new lawn takes time to mature but think Green has been there to guide me definitely recommend them.

We have been using Think Green Lawn Service for over 3 years now. Very happy with their service and staff. They call ahead per my request so I can manage dogs in yard and always do a thorough job. In the even I see something in between treatments all I have to do is call and they come right back out to take care of it before it becomes a problem. I have had neighbors ask me who we use because our lawn is one of the best in the neighborhood. Courteous and professional techs and staff. Respond in timely fashion. Rates are ok and it's nice to pay one fee and have scheduled treatments for entire year. Only disappointment is weed control in my Bermuda grass. May just be the standardized treatment schedule for any Bermuda yard, but I feel like have to supplement with my own weed control. Would still recommend vs. other estimates I obtained. read more
