He backed out of project , ultimately stealing money from us on the design part of project. we didn't get all deliverables as promised and had to start over with a new landscaper. been asking for some of the money back but we have been blocked and ghosted. read more

I hired Clean Cut to cut back brush, trim and remove trees, and generally neaten up my property. Talton, one of their project managers, came out, assessed the work carefully and quoted me a very reasonable rate. When he and his team came out to do the work, they did a fantastic job! The weather got bad at one point, so they ended up staying late to finish, going above and beyond to get things done on time. They even found some minor roof damage so I could get it fixed before anything terrible happened. I am very happy with their work! Highly recommended. read more

Very unprofessional company and terrible service. I engaged them to do weekly cleaning of my small hardscaped yard with astroturf. They showed up randomly when they felt like it and claimed they were not capable of giving me any advance notice of arrival, so strangers would show up in my backyard with zero warning. They left a pile of debris blocking my driveway and then charged me $50 to come back and remove it (later credited when I objected). Then they notified me that their monthly fee was to increase from $300 to $400, and right after failing to show up at all for a week because they were too busy (despite the understanding that they would service the yard weekly). They felt entitled to be paid $200 for 1 visit due to the extra build up from failing to come the prior week, while leaving me with a mess of a yard and leaves rotting on my astroturf. I texted them that I was terminating their service immediately, and then they claimed never to have received the text since they had just gotten a new company number, threatened to sue me for payment for the month that I had already paid in advance, and called me a pathetic liar by text. I cannot recommend this provider. Made contact through HomeAdvisor and the company was initially responsive. I was told they would be coming to cut my lawn on Monday 18 Mar 19. No one came, so I waited until 5:38pm on Tuesday to send a quick message asking what happened since no one came on Tuesday either. The reply was they could get me on the schedule Thursday 3/21 or Friday 3/22, but the individual messaging me asked me who I was. I had to let them know I had made contact with them through Home Advisor as well as reminded them of what I needed and when - like making first contact all over again. Friday has now come and gone and I still have an uncut lawn and have been completely ignored by this company, despite giving ample opportunity for common courtesy. I do not recommend. read more

They were able to get me on the schedule days after initial contact, and did a great job scalping the yard. I was out of town, but they have a super easy online payment option. Clean Cut saved us from the jungle we inherited from the previous owners of our home. They did an expert job of editing back an overplanted yard to a place that was still lush and lovely. Then, perfectly maintained it from the grass to the plantings to the trees. read more

Terrible service. Initial consultation involved encouraging me to leave the lawn service I had used to find them in the first place, and then upon looking at my yard decided it was too much work to do more than basic mowing/edging/blowing - no weed eating at all. The first week they didn't come out until almost 8 pm, then the second week they came two days late, refused to mow the back because they saw dog poop, and then told me they wouldn't be coming anymore because they couldn't get the riding mower in our backyard. Clearly they're trying to get as many lawns in at once without doing anything but the bare minimum. So now I'm back where I started. Terrible customer service. read more
