His worker James is polite & cordial yet complicit. Their Intention is to just come on your property and drag tiny jobs out. I had them come just to adjust 3 sprinkler heads so that areas of my grass would get watered prior to annual reseeding. Also I'd had some Indian Hawthornes taken out and wanted to make sure the new planting area was in-good working order prior to installing the new plants. Typically someone May would have taken an hour or 2 to complete this simple job. This guy just took his sweet time and remedied Nothing!! I take that back he fixed a leak around one of my sprinkler heads in the front. When I called the owner back to ask if he could come back because there was excessive water leakage all along my driveway, and the same areas of grass wasn't getting hit he reluctantly agrees to come back out. He told me to turn on rack zone for 1 minute everyday and that would solve my problem. I had new grass planted and this was his answer. He said he would refund me half my money and refused to check the back yard!! Doug then went around and took out my 5 of my expensive water heads(the middle part) and popped in Cheap plastic ones. To say I'm highly disappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! I have waited several weeks and no refund full or partial has been issued to date. Doug charged me $950 for NOTHING!! I am now having a new company come to solve my irrigation problems. Beware of this company!! I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I hired Big John's Junk Removal to demo and remove a 10' x 12" greenhouse with its foundation, including an attached deck. John himself was extremely polite and professional and gave me a very fair price. On the day of the job, it was 98 degrees with no breeze, completely miserable. John arrived at the agreed upon time and had one helper with him. Immediately, I realized that I neglected to mention the location of the greenhouse and the fact that a hill would be involved. It truly skipped my mind, and I was open to a revised price. John did not even flinch and said, "No problem, we'll handle it." As the day progressed, the heat became a real challenge. After a midday trip to the landfill to empty his trailer, his helper did not return. John finished the job himself, which was a monumental task. Around 6 p.m., it began to storm. I went outside and offered the option for John to finish another day. He declined and kept moving through the downpour. Around 7:30 pm, the skies cleared, and the job was done. It was completed perfectly; there was no sign of the greenhouse not even one screw. I can tell you there were about 10,000 screws in that thing because I built it myself. I was truly impressed with John beyond words, and how he represented his company. In a world where businesses cut corners to make a dollar, John has restored my faith in doing it the right way.
