This place is great. You walk in and are immediately hit with fragrant smells and a warm greeting. It's really one stop shopping, there is a LOT in this one place. Initially, I was just looking for something yellow. I don't know flowers and couldn't verbalize exactly WHAT I wanted so this super helpful lady (I missed everyone's name) took me all in the back, to the refrigerated area and then some. I mean, the customer service is top notch! She was so patient and just when we were finally getting somewhere I looked up and saw a duck container. These have significant meaning for my mom and the game plan completely changed. She then had the idea of just buying a small plant and putting it in the duck. The others in the store were so nice and giving my tips and tidbits. The man who rung me up also happened to have lived in Arizona so we chit chatted about AZ things. Just a really chill vibe but that's what you get at local spots vs big chains. The service alone is the reason I will be a repeat customer!

Their arrangements are always fresh, beautiful, and delivered on time. I don't trust the reviews here. Based on my personal experience with Mostly Martha's and the excellent reviews on other sites, the reviews here are eyebrow raisingly low.

Had no idea where the mortuary was located in relation to flowers shop and needed same day. I called and was guided through the process with such patience. Many times I have selected an arrangement on line and what gets delivered is nothing close. This definitely was not the case. I was assured the needed flowers were in stock and looking great. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the arrangement was sent to the address on file, EVEN THOUGH it wasn't sent to the correct location. I have never heard of a company not taking responsibility for their wrong doing. Would NOT recommend edible arrangements in Ridgeland, MS!

So far I've found antique Oneida silverplate flatware, Gail Pittman dishes (before she was with Southern Living), matching crystal bowls and wine glasses for our patterns, and adorable, funny t-shirts, caps and mugs. My husband even scored a Cherokee Inn mug - new, but great memory for us. I wish I had a mansion and an unlimited budget, because I'd redesign my house every season, just from this store - lamps, beds, tablecloths, wall hangings... Oh, and the customer service is spot on. They were running a promo for $10 if you spent $40 this particular weekend, and we were unaware because we live in Louisiana. The clerk said, "If you spend another $1.25, you can get $10 off." Easy peasy - candy on hand at the register. Done. Another deal and another reason to keep coming back.

On a Wednesday morning, it was not too packed. The Explore Ridgeland had a lot of information about the area, things to do. Very friendly people working who were more than happy to sit and chat. I laughed because I was a broke 19-year-old college student living not far from here in a one-bedroom apartment on the reservoir. Would I say it was fancy back then? Yes, in a good kind of way. Back then, just like now, no one made you feel unwelcome. But what I love about this place is the selection of stores. The stores back then and some now were uniquely owned. Therefore, you bought items that you didn't see a zillion people wearing. My favorite store has always been Maison Weiss; it's still here. I remember wanting a 200 dollar belt. I saved my little coins and got it, and added a bracelet. But I also loved and still love the restaurants and the open courtyards. I see they have added Whole Foods, LuluLemon, Free People, a Wine Bar, and some more stores, like Kendra Scott. I can say this place still holds its charm, and probably will forever. I know for me it will always have a place in my heart.

checked into the men's department to purchase a sports coat , belt and shirts. was unable to find…read morean associate to help. finally, i found one associate working. i had assisted myself and made my selections. when i attempted to check out there was a line, probably because she was the only associate. i went to the men's fragrance department since there were no customers there and two associates. i asked if they could process my charges. without looking up from checking their phones both the male and female associate told me the other associate was supposed to do that. as i stand here in line with others, they continue on their phones.
