I must say, it's a big store; I mean really huge which means the options were endless, which is a plus! I had fun pairing so many pieces together like a pair of pants or skirt with this shirt, tube top, or duster. A big bonus is the jewelry selection, it's hung up on stands, and displayed nicely! It's a vibe, as the young folks would say!

On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

I used to have numbness in my…read morefeet while running anything over a mile or so until I was properly fitted into a proper pair of shoes that meet my personal needs. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a good quality and fitting shoe to give Fleet Feet a shot. They have a great return policy and their staff are always helpful and happy to provide any pointers you may need (like a new way to tie your shoes if you have wider feet). I've also enjoyed trying different running/active apparel they carry (you really should try some TASC clothing). My wife is currently in a training program with Fleet Feet and she has enjoyed that aspect of the store as well. Venture in this store with confidence and enjoy a positive atmosphere filled with people that want to help you meet your goals (whatever they may be).

All the clothes were in season and up to date with the latest trends. The store is very well laid out and has a huge mirror in the back which is a huge plus! The workers are friendly and the jewelry selection is phenomenal. I purchased the cutest matching tank top and bottom, which were both very Taylor Swiftesque! This recent purchase will be a summer staple! The clothes here are very cute, and I have no problem purchasing clothes here because they don't carry an abundance of the same size and same style for each outfit which is what I look for in clothing stores. Also, the clothes are well-fitted, which is very hard to find for my size! However the quality of the fabric used for the clothing vs. the price isn't the best. I wouldn't say that my purchases here are of high quality besides them being super stylish and close to being one of a kind! Will definitely stop by again for another outfit next time I'm around!

The place isn't dirty but it could use some tidying up. I'm a big feet girl and girls with big feet aren't too particular about their shoes because they will just make giants if the heels are too tall. Today I got a new pair of heels for work. They are a bit shorter which is nice. I'll wear them for 4 months straight, they'll break, I'll throw them away, and be back here to buy another pair to start the process all over again. These were $39.
