The last few months the new girl working the store, can never be found behind the counter, she's indifferent to the customers, almost annoyed by the customers asking questions. Just recently I tried to exchange an item for another of equal value along with wanting to purchase additional items and even though I had receipt and only purchased it the weekend before...she was rude and condescending. When I told her her logic for not wanting to do the exchange was moronic she refused me service and immediately picked up her phone to call security to have me thrown out of the store!! We all see the Karen videos, I am not a Karen. I calmly told her I won't be a part of antics and left the store! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN!!

If you like those things, you'll like this place. The staff there is nice and no one really bothers you. I think my only issue with this place is the pricing. I know I can find some of the same exact things in Journeys (Peddler's Village) or Soulutions (Newtown) for a few dollars cheaper. If I need some sage on the fly, I'll be in though. I like to wander in here during my lunch breaks.

My visit today made my heart sink as it was the middle of a Saturday and the parking lot was empty. We grabbed some burgers and ate at the indoor picnic table in the empty market. The burgers were great and the price even better. Real hand formed perfectly cooked patties juicy and overloading the bun. We went back later in the week to check out their breakfast and they knocked that out of the park as well. No skimpy breakfast sandwiches here. Pork roll and cheese piled high on a fresh Kaiser roll did not disappoint. The staff was primarily younger but understood good work ethic, and you could tell took prince in what they were serving. I am hoping it was a fluke that it was not as crowded as in the past because a generational cornerstone like Steyer Orchard is a treasure. Stop in and see them. Open daily.

Now mind you, this is a two story mall and the larger department stores are two stories, of course. I was so proud of myself to know that I had to enter around the JCP area. This was my second visit to this store, although my first was several years ago. Being somewhat of a nit wit, not only did I enter JC Penny's on the second floor, when the Disney Store is on the first floor, but I made the wrong turn when exiting. Six hours later, well it felt like that, I found the Disney Store. The store is magical, just like everything Disney. Neat as a pin, so I didn't have to straighten out one thing, but the carpet drives me nuts! Solid black, with small blocks of color splattered all over it, which constantly makes a person like me look down and want to pick it up. I found exactly what I came in for, which were men's Disney t-shirts, for my friend Bob, who vacations only in Disney World, twice a year and left yesterday for his next one. There was a nice selection and they were originally priced at $12.50, marked down to $5.99. He is Mickey's best friend, so I had to buy him that one and a Grumpy one as well. Near the cash stand is a rack of Disney tote bags for $2.50 each. I purchased one and used it as the gift bag. He can reuse it again. Now, let's go back to me loving shopping and me being a nit wit... instead of grabbing my purse that morning, I just grabbed my credit card. When I reached into my jacket pocket, it was gone. My mind was frantic, did I lose it, did I leave it at FYE's? Knowing that I was meeting hubby for a late lunch, in the area and going back home or towards FYE was insane, because I was due to meet him any minute! I asked the cashier if she could hold the merchandise for a couple of hours and I would just pick up the gifts after lunch, using hubby's card. She being so sweet agreed and I did pick up the items right after lunch and used the most perfect entrance to do so! Ha ha! My credit card was right where I had left it, in the FYE bag and on my dining room table! M- I- C=. C you real soon! K- E- Y= Y? because I like you! M- O- U- S- E!

I discussed what arrangement I wanted and asked if this could be done using my son's favorite colors. I was assured this could be done. I was shown great compassion and was patiently guided through the selections. The results were spectacular; they even included my son's favorite flower, the sunflower. Jenni-Lynne made a horribly, heartbreaking situation a little less stressful and it is greatly appreciated.

My sister was in Eastern star and her colors were coral and Teal. I spoke with Linda as originally I had wanted a grapevine wreath. No one has them so I decided on a spray of coral or peach. When I arrived it really stood out. I had them add a butterfly which went in the casket before they closed the lid. My uncle at the very agile age of 91 was in the hospital when she was. Went home on Hospice. I wanted something small but patriotic. I remember the anchor tattoo he had from the navy. I was aware he was to be cremated. I called them back and again got Linda. We talked back and forth with ideas. It needed to be small as it was in the church. Also he was in and urn to go in the wall. So I wanted a planter. With a few flowers of red white and blue. I called in advance to see if they could find a small flower and anchor. I saw it yesterday and it was perfect. It sat beside the urn. The flag fresh red white and blue flowers in the planter. The bow one side red white and blue and the other side of the basket joining it was a ribbon of anchors. Many thanks. A very decent price for both. I definitely recommend them. Also I knew what I wanted to say. Linda helped me. Thank you so much
