The best thing about review sites is that customers of a business can share their experiences, good or bad, with the public. My experience was bad! I ordered what, on their web site, was described as a 12-rose arrangement for my new wife for our first Valentine's Day together. The picture on the site was beautiful. The description sounded very good. What was delivered was a wilted six-rose arrangement with a bunch of desiccated filler plants. It was a mess. I called to complain. After several minutes of discussion, they agreed the arrangement I received wasn't as pictured or described. I was offered a 50 percent credit of the arrangement cost on my next order. Since the delivered arrangement was not even marginally acceptable, it didn't meet the substitution policy on their website, and I planned on never ordering from them again, I declined and requested a refund. They declined. I asked for a 50 percent credit. They declined. I recommend that anyone ordering flowers try another store.

I later saw the strawberries and was extremely disappointed. While the strawberries were large, ripe, and delicious, the chocolate coating was inconsistent and lacking. One berry had been dipped and covered only 25% where in one of the images I took, you couldn't even see the chocolate. I went back to the store after the weekend and spoke with the owner/manager, showing him the pictures. During our conversation, he blamed the strawberries they received (which were fantastic and the best part), blamed the rush of the Valentine holiday, and when I compared it to their advertised product showing 2/3 to 3/4 coverage - he stated their goal was for 50% coverage. He said I could bring the berries back and they would either fix or replace them. I explained they had already been given as a gift and I was NOT going to take food from a woman! No apology. Lots of excuses. Then offers a single solution that, while understandable, he knows very well people are unlikely or unable to complete. So they get the sale, the money, and continue to operate with poor quality control and zero responsibility. I could have got a far superior product from a local grocery store for much less. I would have been satisfied with just an acknowledgment and apology - that goes a long way. Will never be doing business here again.

I called the store I don't know how many times over the months since then and I was always told the owner was out or not there and would be there on Fridays. But when ever I tried to call I was told she was not there that day. I called and called for months and finally told the person every time I called that I was told the owner was not there. So I left my name and number and told them the reason I was calling, that the Rabbit was not working right and wanted to know if I could be compensated and had tried to call since right after Easter and I never ever did hear anything back from this store or the owner.
