I received these gifts while there today; respect, compassion, knowledge, and ending a year long battle with back and knee pain. Dr. Authement used a new method of adjustment called the Cox method, in which he is certified. During the treatment he explained each step. He immediately found the area causing the back pain and just that 1 treatment made the back totally painless. The knee swelling has subsided, but since the Joint needs replacement, only so much can be done for the pain. However, now it is more stable since the adjustment. Dr. Authement, and the doctor who referred me to him, are both appreciated and I am fortunate to have found both of them. Dr. Jennings and Dr. Authement, also found a gem of a receptionist with a smiling pleasant personality. They also accept Medicare too.

I liked that Natalie did a full assessment before making any adjustments & inquired about my past medical history. The thing I appreciated most with her is that she stopped adjusting when she had felt she had done enough. She didn't want to do too much at once, which being incredibly pregnant at the time, I really appreciated. She also wasn't all about cracking my bones as a form of adjusting... if I needed that, she did it, but she also did a myriad of other things all while explaining what she was doing and why. Her goal was to aid me but also teach my body how to align itself without needing constant manual adjusting. Aside from being a wonderful practitioner, Natalie is just overall a wonderful human.
