I had a VA referral for GCO and I verified my appointment and showed up 45 minutes early to check…read morein. I was greeted by a worker that asked about my injury and told me that I might need a 3rd party referral. I tried to explain that it was a service related issue and she told me to have a seat. I waited for a while and heard nothing so I called my VA referral office and they contacted GCO and was told I was in X-ray, which I wasn't. After that mix up, I asked the lady at the desk what the issue was and she questioned the lady I spoke with and she basically called me a liar. I will not be back and have filed a complaint with the VA.
