When I called that agency, they wouldn't give me more information on why I still owed money and told me to call Premier. We have called Premier multiple times and keep getting transferred to a Billing Dept that won't answer the phone. ALL OF THIS HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT A SINGLE PHONE CALL OR LETTER FROM THE ACTUAL PREMIER COMPANY asking for payment. They haven't reached out to me at all. They want you to pay them in a timely manner, but can't be bothered to answer any questions or you know---call and ask for payment themselves when I have been very up front and understanding to them. They were extremely unprofessional. The doctors, were very nice--but if you don't want your credit ruined, use someone else!

I was only going in for an annual checkup, so I hadn't had any extensive experiences with them until my pregnancy. Because of complications, I was having ultrasounds more often. I waited 2-3 HOURS every single visit because there is no ultrasound technician, so you have to wait on the doctor for each one. My last straw was when I had been waiting for two hours and waitr walked in delivering their lunch. I waited another hour for them to eat and then I was finally called in. When I confronted her, she said sometimes their schedule is pushed back if they are running to the hospital to deliver a baby. Remember, I live directly across the street, so I know what vehicle she drives and it never leaves during my appointments. The lobby is stressful and unruly, but they close their reception window and aren't bothered by any of it. They made my first trimester a terrible experience. I've obviously switched doctors since.

Someone got back to me promptly and suggested I see Cagney. I was able to book with Cagney for the next day via their website which was very easy to use. Upon arrival I was impressed by the building itself which was a modern, clean and bright space that had multiple businesses inside and clear signage so I found Houma Massage very easily. The ambiance of the Houma Massage was very relaxing with dim lighting and lovely music playing. Cagney was incredible as she listened to my complaints about pain on the left side of my neck and shoulder. I got a 90 minute massage and after felt significantly better, which I've never experienced before. She let me know that she worked out a lot of the knots in the areas with pain and that the rest should undo themselves. The next day I felt 100% better which was really mind blowing. I've gotten tens of massages and I've never felt immediate relief before. Cagney really spent her time on the area and I'm very grateful. I would definitely recommend Houma Massage and am looking forward to my next massage with them! According to their website they also do the new head spas so I'd love to try that next time too!
