This last pair of glasses however have had to be returned for repair (4) times and on the last return the woman who takes care of the Safety glasses told my husband they will no longer repair this pair of glasses and did NOT stand behind their warranty and replace the practically new pair of glasses! He first sent them back because the lenses were defective, one was photo-gray and the other was not so the lenses had to be replaced, then he returned them several times because the screws in the arms of the glasses fell out because they were stripped and his lenses kept falling out. We had to wait upwards of 4 weeks with continued phone calls to them to finally get his glasses back. Well tonight his lens has dropped out AGAIN! I would defiantly consider using a different place to purchase your safety glasses from if you expect them to back there product, because they DO NOT! He paid 300 dollars for glasses that fall apart.

I checked in after 4 weeks and he said it wasn't ready. After 8 weeks, still not ready. I realized very quickly that he just had excuses. After 5 months of requesting the results, I got frustrated and asked for my money back. He said it would take 4-8 weeks for my refund. And believe it or not, I waited patiently. Then after 8 weeks, I got frustrated and called yelling. He then said that there were some issues, he was sorry and he needed more time. It's literally been 10 months since I gave this company my money and I have only received $250 back as a refund with promises that he will refund me piece by piece until I receive all of my money. In the past few months, all he paid back was $250. It's crazy. I was scammed and it's sad that I was dumb enough to believe it. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM no matter how convincing it seems. I threatened to call a lawyer and he told me that I would be waiting even more months if I did that. Ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought steel toed boots in his usual size, he wore…read morethem to work the next day and the one shoe was loose. For reference he works indoors so there is no dirt or grim on the shoe. They told him the 30 day return policy is void because he wore them. He wasn't asking for his money back, just to exchange for the next size down. He called customer service and they said if he goes home and cleans them, they will exchange them as a one-time courtesy. So now he's wasted his gas and time, not once, but twice. Next time we'll just order on Amazon. Not worth the hassle. Horrible customer service!!!

When boots didn't work they asked follow up questions to understand why and tried their best to find a boot that would be a better fit. We tried several boots before finding one that was perfect. It was a group effort & im thankful to the guys at the store for their assistance! The store has a large variety of composite tie boots and some steel toe.
