I wanted to remove the shower wall panels and replace them with tile, and I was given Larry's name by a friend who is a contractor. Larry was very responsive and his son/partner Jason actually came to the house to inspect the project. During the inspection Jason identified where the leak was coming from, and it was not from a seam in the shower wall. He showed me that the connection to the shower head was actually leaking behind the shower wall. This discovery meant that I did not have to replace the shower walls and instead just repair the fitting. Although we did not end up using Chester County Tile for this project, I will certainly use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Honesty, integrity and professionalism like this are hard to come by in today's world. Thank you, Larry and Jason.

Very disappointed with the service…read more Our insurance company, American home shield assigned this company to repair a tankless water heater and they were terrible!! A technician from Royal Plumbing came to our home around 3:30 PM to repair our tankless water heater. He opened the unit, removed the tank, and took it with him, telling us he was going to get a new one and return to complete the repair. Now we have no water supply in the spouts that have water heater connection. Around 4:30 PM, he called and said the store was closed. He then left our home with the tank and left our water heater completely open and disassembled. He dented our basement wall. The repair was not completed, and he told us we would have to schedule another appointment. What is especially concerning is that the service request submitted to our insurance company indicated that the work was completed, when it clearly was not. We were left without a functioning water heater and with the equipment left open in our home. We understand that unexpected issues can happen, but leaving a customer with an open, disassembled water heater and then marking the job as completed is unacceptable. We expected much better communication, professionalism, and follow-through.

He came out looked at our bathroom, then proceeded to explain all the options he considered best, for what we wanted done. He provided a photo portfolio of before and after jobs the company had done. Explaining how they did each job, what worked well for each individual job. Two days later he sent us an estimate, which was about $400 less than another company we contacted previously. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the job. Stan told us the name of the person who would be coming out, and that the job would take two days. We then began prepping the bathroom by removing everything, as we would be replacing the toilet, the vanity and sink, as well as opening up the wall where the original medicine cabinet we purchased would be going. We kept in touch with Stan throughout this process. Little changes were made and Stan had no issues with them, nor did the estimate change. We chose Kohler White for the tub and tiled. Stan recommended we replace the two corner shelves in the bathtub, which they did so with slightly larger ones. Jarrod came out promptly on the time stated. He began prepping the room, for the least amount of dust or debris that might occur. Jarrod did an excellent job on reglazing the bathtub and tiles. It is an immaculate finish. Turning an older tub into looking brand new. Turning older tiles into a beautiful white color. We had very little, if at all, clean up to do when he was finished on day two. We consider the value to be excellent for the job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your tub reglazed or your tiles.

Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy ("we just want to see you smile") that we have experienced. All of the other 5 star reviews have aptly captured the experience that we did, so I will not go into as great detail as I normally would. The design process was easy - our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. When it came down to the final punch list, and fixing the minor details (I tend to be fastidious and overly observant about the detail work), there was no issue, and the work was beautifully completed. The billing and payment process is comprehensive, very clearcut and very easy to understand and follow from the outset, which also made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that dRemodeling has a cleaning team that they have clean the areas that have not only been worked on but also impacted by the construction. We found that they are now offering the cleaning team as a separate service, called dReal Deal Clean. It was a no-brainer to sign up for future ongoing cleaning services, knowing that they have the same ownership, and high standards. We will unhesitatingly hire dRemodeling for any future remodeling needs.
