Oz showed up at my house within 3 hours of my call to check out my furnace which had died. He identified the issue and was also up to date on recalls and let me know that the part could be replaced free of charge. He ordered the part and three lovely gentlemen arrived the next morning and changed it out. I lost heat in the middle of a frigid Ottawa winter, and they had me up and running in no time. I called several different places to get quotes as I was originally told I would need a new furnace. Ercan was the only company that told me about the recall AND that the labour would be included. I was told by several others that the part would be free, but that the labour would cost thousands of dollars and so I was better off buying a whole new furnace. I now have a repaired furnace (that I will probably get about 5 more years out of) and it didn't cost me anything. I really feel that Ercan was more concerned with what was best for me and not what was going to make them the most money. If you have a problem with your furnace, you won't be sorry if you call Ercan.

We would highly recommend Roger's for all HVAC and water heater needs. On thanksgiving weekend they did a service call for our Summit (Reliant) gas water heater. The rental companies charge 19% interest and their service and customer support are TERRIBLE. We called Roger's and they were here within 4 hours and fixed the problem.
