The boss lady guided me into a small room and charged me $45 euro when their sign read $40 euro for an hour. I confronted her and she said that's for the boss. She told me to remove my clothing. I didn't because it was freezing cold in the middle of December. The table was only lined with one thin towel, no heat lamp nor bed warmer, not even a towel to cover me with. The biggest lady of the 3 came in and showed annoyance when I requested more pressure, she told me "that's going to cost more". She left the room and told another thinner lady in mini skirt to work on me. Quality was poor. I just sucked it up since I was tight from all the walking from my travels. This second lady left the room and checked what time my massage was over. Super unprofessional. She returned and said 20 more minutes. She stopped when my one hour wasn't up. Take your chance with this lousy establishment. I should have just walked out because of all these red flags.

Within seconds of messaging them, they responded and got me set up with an appointment. As soon as I arrived, I was so pleased with the space and continued customer service. I was asked where my problem areas and they recommended the best massage style for me. The rooms and space was so clean and felt incredibly comfortable. The receptionist immediately recognized my name and confirmed my appointment time. Another receptionist apologised profusely for the minor delay in the start of my treatment. And, without looking at the reservations book, the receptionist not only knew that I wished a very strong massage but also asked if that was the service I desired or wished to change my mind. Good, solid start. I was a bit wary of the slightly worn slippers provided and chose to keep my socks on and ignore it. There was no tea or beverage station (which is always a thoughtful touch). Anyway, how was the treatment? My therapist was a "savage". She instinctively manipulated problem areas before I could even offer guidance on areas to tackle. The therapist clearly had a gift. The massage was an expertly delivered combination of nail-biting "torture" and soothing massage with stretches. That's good. I left feeling like a million dollars. I went to a Hammam in Turkey and the receptionist explained that this was a Moroccan version. I got the rituals of the Medina package which included the traditional Hammam and a 20 or 40 minute massage. I got the 20 minute massage and wish I booked a longer one. All you need is a bathing suit and they provide slippers and a robe. When you start, you go downstairs and prep for the Hammam service by entering the wet pool and sauna rooms. You sit and relax and wait for your service. When the Hammam is done, they escorted me to the massage area and let me select which oil I wanted. I chose jasmine and it was a great experience. Finally, they let us wind down in a cushioned seated area with tea and a snack. A great relaxing time that I would do again and again.

The scrub,mask hammam session took only about 15min then I was done with the treatment. I was even surprise that the clay mask was even applied in that short of time. The lady had me rinse myself off with a shower, rather than doing the ritual bowl water rinse. After the session went in for a massage with head & scalp. The massage was relaxing, could use a little more pressure. The head & scalp massage was not great same as well could use more pressure like your actually getting a massage rather than feeling more like a touch.
