Overall, they made some good recommendations, but made a really poor recommendation to replace our Smart Board. We had one that we had been using for years, and are still using today. Once they made this recommendation, one that cost $5600 for a new smart board, they would not do the system unless we bought it all. We then found another guy, via the contractor, www.stemic.ca. His price was HALF of theirs, and his service and after install service was excellent. Plus Steve returns calls daily, and NEVER LEAVES A SYSTEM DOWN FOR A WEEK!

They are really busy though, (and that's a good indication of their repeat business) but this will mean longer wait times to get service. I've waited weeks to get a return phone call (which is very frustrating when your system is down), and that's after our sizable install. The good news is, their customer service appears to be improving judging by our last service calls.
