Very helpful and knowledgeable in the couple times my wife and I stopped in to ask questions and to look at their granite. The young lady at the front desk was doing a great job showing us the slabs of granite when the owner took over the conversation. He was a little arrogant and pushy and didn't seem to know his job. He couldn't answer certain questions and really turned us off from using them. Felt so bad for those women who took so much time with us, only to have us go elsewhere. Come to find out from talk around town, he's an arrogant entitled know it all. Would have posted this last year but after recently hearing from many that his employees are quitting and going elsewhere, we figured we'd post a review. Hoping the owner sees this post and changes his ways for the sake of the employees!

Seemed decent when we shopped there. Had a tight timeline for what we needed but it was 3 cabinets…read moreand they said since nothing was custom we could have them in a week. Day for pickup, no call from them as order wasn't on truck. Finally spoke with someone, said 3 more days which was 1 day before install was scheduled. No communication from them on the 2nd scheduled day. Multiple calls to them and they didn't know if the order was on the truck coming or not. Couldn't find it anywhere. Their truck came at 3pm and no call from them. Called at 4, person didn't know so I demanded a call back as the rented truck I had gotten would need to be returned. Called me back 20 minutes later, no order on truck. Didn't know where it was or if order was even completed. Said they won't know until next week where the cabinets are or even if the order was filled. Wrote a check to avoid their ridiculous CC fees so I can't even dispute the charge. Hundreds of dollars wasted on non-sense that was avoidable with minimal communication. Flooring will have to be installed first and then cut up to accommodate the island cabinets if I ever get them. Miserable experience.

Don't waste your money!…read more I had a bathroom and kitchen remodel done over a year ago, but was hesitant to write a review, as I kept finding issues that did not suit me. To be honest, I feel I paid trainees to practice on my house. My bath sink leaked after hook up, causing the vanity floor to warp, and the tile floor needed to be redone. Several areas where done haphazardly and needed adjustment or finishing off. And, when installing the shower shelf, the bottom and top edges were arched, when they were to be straight. My bath pocket door was not aligned properly and kept rubbing against the trim. This I fixed, along with a botched strike plate cut out. They did not replace the bath window insulation, as requested. In addition, I ended up finishing of areas in the kitchen where the newly laid floor was uneven along the walls. I feel the guys rushed to get the work done, with no consideration for detail.

No call; no show!…read more I had an 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning appointment scheduled with this company for an estimate on a potential job. 8:30 a.m. came and went. No call; no show! I waited until about 11:30 a.m. and pulled the plug, giving up and realizing I have been stood up. Mind you, I work night shift, so I worked the prior Friday evening and got out of work at 4:00 a.m. . I shuffled home and got a few hours of rest and made sure I was awake, dressed and ready for them by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning to meet these guys, like a responsible human being does. My sleep was interrupted and my entire day was ruined because of this; only because some inconsiderate and irresponsible people can not manage to show up when an appointment was made in advance. They did not even have the decency or courtesy to call! I was livid! There is another review out there nearly identical to mine from another reviewer, so this company seems to have issues sticking to a date. As the matter of fact, I gave this company the benefit of the doubt to allow the entire weekend, plus the entire following Monday to contact me, before I have decided to leave this review, just in case they have recognized their mistake and called, apologized, showed up or whatever else. And still, I have been ghosted completely. It doesn't surprise me any, though. The phone call we had previously to schedule the appointment sounded somewhat unprofessional in tone and in people skills. And the evening prior to the scheduled appointment, I never received any reminder/confirmation call by them. None of this is shocking. Based solely on their incompetence to not call or show up for an appointment is enough to let everyone know how this company operates. Hit 'em where it counts...in their reputation...or lack thereof!
