Yes, it is in writing in the 2 emails sent AFTER you charged my credit card. The appointment was cancelled within hours of reading the email that said "nonrefundable" but a MONTH prior to the actual appointment, thinking that surely when giving a MONTH's notice, there would not be a problem.
