Then she gave me a price, but she didn't allow me to inspect the item closely, she said it can't be taken down from the window before Christmas. I went there again after Christmas and she said it can only be discounted 20%, but again, she would not let me inspect it. At that time, she said, she is a manager of the store and that owners are three man, the lady who was at a funeral was also a manager, not an owner of the store. Today, the item I wanted to purchase was still displayed on the window, and she lied that it was already sold, refusing to sell it to me. She was very rude and told me to get out of HER STORE, stating that she is the owner. This person by the name of Christine should not be manager of anything! She can take her whole store to her own home, because we - the residents of Bay Ridge don't need her NASTY ATTITUDE and lies! I will file a lawsuit against the store, and if she is the real owner, she will have to answer in Court, if not, I urge the owners to fire her, or they will be responsible for her nasty and discriminatory attitude!

The pharmacy says all they're waiting for is a call from my APRN Susan or Brandy. calling the office is a joke. The machine picks up and states that the office is closed, clearly it is not. The website says it's open till 6:30. It also states to leave a vm and someone will get back to me within 2 business days. What does it take for my APRN to call in my script? I've been struggling with this for weeks!!! It's not good to just stop your anxiety depression meds just like that. After a month of trying to get through to the office that states every single day they are closed is beyond unacceptable! Nobody calls back after two business days like it states. Nobody calls back at all. It's not only unprofessional to ignore one or your clients but it's downright mean and cruel!!! I shouldn't have to call 911, be taken to the hospital by ambulance,, just to get my prescription filled! With no transportation and no spare money for an uber I'm stuck sitting here going nuts! I have lost all respect for Synergy due to all its failures. I shouldn't have to take this further but it looks like I'm going to have to.....

You don't see patients sitting idly in the halls after having been put there for the staff's convenience. The recreation department always has games and activities planned, and they even have a monthly happy hour. There is an onsite salon and a hairdresser who comes once or twice a week as well. If you choose Wolcott Hall for rehab (broken hip, surgery, ect) The physical therapy department is also absolutely fantastic and will have you (or your loved one) back up and around in no time.

Fern doesn't live in my area, so communication was difficult -- she often didn't get back to me right away, and her process appears to take around three weeks to complete a resume after payment. I found her response rude and unprofessional, especially after I had already spent time communicating and providing my background. When paying several hundred dollars upfront, I think it's fair to expect transparency, courtesy, and timely communication. There are plenty of other career counseling services that charge far less and offer a much faster turnaround time. I even found one that includes a cover letter for just $220 -- much more reasonable than $335.
