As soon as he pressed on my upper back, it not only took my breath away, 3 ribs immediately cracked. When I told him, he said, "No, they just moved back in place". I knew they cracked. Shortly after, I found out I had a fractured sacrum, and 6 weeks ago, I found I had a sever compression fracture on my T7 (bra strap). I showed Copple my x-rays, and he said nothing. No apology, no money offered back.

Out of 16 providers, all in Michigan, all with the same rights... this is the only provider to charge me this fee
