The office staff there is rude, they care more about money than patients. They make you wait forever to see a doctor but charge you $50 if you are more than 10 min late and they won't see nor speak to you till you pay the $, whether you owe it or not. They charge 3 percent for credit cards. They are not affiliated with any hospital system so nothing is on a my chart, they don't give you any paperwork, they don't do reminders for visits, it is NOT patient friendly. What year is this? They should have an online accounting and scheduling system. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I was able to experience this with my son days later. He explained to me and my son his condition and what needs to be done in terms that we would understand.
