Not bad but definitely not what I want in a bowl of ramen. Too chewy and under seasoned. The egg was in between hardboil and soft boil. Some of it had solidified and it did not appear to be marinated. Bean sprouts, sprouts, spring onion, and boc choy were all prepared well. There were elements here that have potential but I wouldn't come back again unless I hear it has changed a lot.
