This is an awesome place to get leather items adjusted. Very accommodating and the work is very professional.

Great job on the shoes. Older man very polite and a real joy to talk with. I would highly recommend Theo if you need a great shoe shine.

Theo's the man! I brought two pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes that ended up looking like new! Great work, highly recommended!

Cobblestone Shoe Hospital - Shoes after "repair." The thing is they weren't in bad condition, I came as a preventative service. Waste of time (4 trips to the store).

When I brought them in, the person who took my order, said it would be 7 to 10 days until they're done. That's where the runaround started. I called on day seven to see if they were done. The individual at the counter said it can sometimes take 2 to 3 weeks. I said they told me 7 to 10 days when I dropped them off. He came back after taking my ticket number and told me it would be 2 to 3 more days. On day 12 I called and they still weren't done. The person who answered the phone said they had been shipped off to the factory and they weren't even in the store. I told him that's not at all what my understanding was I was when I dropped them off. I understood they would be done in the house and it would be 7 to 10 days. Then he said 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. I told him we were at 12 business days, with 10 of those being business days. Then the story changed again. He said it would take longer because the holidays. Once again, first heard that there was any delay due to the holidays. On day 14, I went into the store. The guy took my ticket and spent about 3 1/2 minutes looking for my boots. They were still being stretched. He said to come back tomorrow. I told him I was leaving and I wouldn't be there tomorrow. He said come back in one hour. I came back in an hour and the boots were done. They looked really good. They fit really well, too. This is where I'm conflicted. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It's probably the worst customer service, I've had any place I've been in a very long time. Whoever's answering the phone has absolutely no clue what's going on in that store. But, the boots were actually pretty good when I got them. The price was reasonable as well. All this to say, because the boots turned out pretty well, that brought on from zero stars to one star. I will never ever go back to this location. It's not worth it to me to deal with the customer service. If you can wait, and don't min abhorrent customer service, this may be your place!

When you enter this place there is a layer of dust that is about 20 years old covering everything. A path has been worn in the floor from the door to the sales register. The abandoned shoes on the shelves would be great for a 70's party. Do not despair - the housekeeping does not reflect the care & quality of workmanship that goes into your shoes. They do everything in house and were able to fix my boots for next day pick up. Most other places have to send them out and that can take days.

This place is a gem of a find!!!…read more A shoe fanatic friend of mine recommended this place when I needed a repair to a new pair of shoes. I thought for certain the shoes were ruined - they had a black metal-type button (not sure what you call it) missing after I had worn them a handful of times. I went to the shop, which looked like it had been there forever. I showed the guy the shoe and what was missing and he said "they don't make replacements for those anymore, but I think I have a jar of them somewhere...". He wandered to the back and returned with an old baby food jar filled with miscellaneous "buttons" and found one very close to the one missing on the shoe. I agreed to the repair and was delighted when I picked them up later. They were great! It took a few weeks for the repair, but I don't think that is normal. One of their repair guys (there may only be two of them) had been out on medical and they were behind on their work. If you need to find someone who really knows how to repair shoes, these are the guys to go to.
