We asked if this was invoiced for an estimate, the very rude woman said no they don't charge for an estimate. We asked them to send someone out to give us an estimate. Several days later an entire roofing crew showed up to "do the repair ". We explained that all we wanted was an estimate for repair or replace. The supervisor was angry and called the office they were rude and angry that we would not let them do the work. They sent us a bill. No one ever looked at the roof and no estimate to fix or replace. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. They are rude, arrogant, crooks. Call Ace or Mountain roofing both stellar. Would any one let a company just show up and do a big job without first knowing what it would cost?
