When I inquired about manual therapy and focusing on the specific pain points, I was given a look like I was a raving lunatic. The receptionist acts as a part time therapist too since there is only one therapist posted there and I even doubt if she's been licensed as one since I didn't see any kind of certification or diploma anywhere in sight. Highly disappointed.
