I absolutely love being a CNA. but if a place of work jeopardizes my license, it's not worth it. the quality of care is also HORRIBLE! I've heard from so many residents at Haven that 9 times out of 10, CNAs don't take proper care measure. they dont engage, some don't even change briefs. our people deserve better than this. both residents and employee. All the staff, therapists and nurses are very friendly, courteous and attentive to all our worries and questions. They've been more than understanding and willing to work with us. We had heard rumors of the night staff being rude and rough with their patients. We only had one run in that was similar to the rumors. Other than that particular night, we have had no issues or complaints since then.

Physical therapy did one intake evaluation, one session lasting 10 minutes and immediately started pushing for movement to put patient although I could not drive or walk more than 20 ft without being winded. Their follow up to complaint was just as lacking.
