This is my first time doing a face up acupuncture and it's growing on me. The beach and nature scenes playing really help me relax and meditate while I'm having my treatment. They give you access to a login with videos and print outs to help you continue the training. I had a knee surgery and I am training to run again, so I have aggressive goals. I appreciate that they don't push you too hard and help work with your level/pain tolerance. Not my first knee surgery, and Erin's plan for me has been reducing my pain and helping me heal.
