My lash retention has been pretty good too. They do require lash appointments to be booked a day in advance (no same day appointments). I was sad to hear this, of course but I would not retaliate against a company for something that they have no control over. It won't stop me from shopping here. It takes only a few minutes and they will make sure that you leave with the perfect color. They could also color match you for concealer. So I proceeded to leave the shop to go home to get a closure I used before but then I said no I want a lace frontal so I went to the hair salon bought another lace front which was 13 x 4 came back to the shop and she said that that frontal was too big also but she continue to cut the lace completely off where are my gray in the front and the sides was still visible I asked her to put baby hairs in and she took the baby hairs from the frontal and slicked them back to my scalp ( l do that at home) with no curl in them at all. I asked for a full refund and she said I can't give you your money back because I provided a service I wash your hair I braided your hair I saw your hair. The refund l received for my disappointment was 86.00. If you want your hair press she is your person, but if you want a a lace frontal weave please go elsewhere. I quickly reached out to her and her response to me was within a reasonable time. Months prior to my wedding, whenever I had questions and asked her, she was able to answer me. Comes a day before the wedding and she gave me a quick reminder of my appointment. Very kind of her. Gave her the address to my hotel and my room number, and the next morning, she arrived on time. I was still getting ready with my mom and she was able to wait a bit for us to get settled in and set up her stuff. It was my first time seeing her and her first time working with my hair and face. Due to budget restrictions, I was not able to do a trial run with her. She asked me what make up and hair style I liked and she was able to execute what I wanted within 2 hrs of time. She also did my mom's make up and finished everything on time. She was super duper kind to both me and my mom. Made good conversation with us while doing our make up and my hair. When I was done, she showed me how I looked and I was so shocked to how beautiful I looked. My parents, brother, and guests all said I looked very natural and beautiful. My husband who saw me during the first look could not look away and also said I looked beautiful. He was so satisfied with it! Angelina is reasonably priced, quick, and does an amazing job.
