I have been stuck with oxygen equiptment since a dr. at thedacare in neenah prescribed it to me.i had a stroke and have been disabled ever since.i have no intention of going back to this dr.obviously I didn't need this equiptment because I had a stroke while on it.i have been trying ever since to return it.i tried to return it to thedacare at home in oshkoh,they wouldn't take it back,they say they need the drs. prescription to return it.i will not return to that dr.they have been billing my insurance since feb.,now its late November and their threatening me to renew it or they'll bill me for everything,not just a copay they have stuck me with.i have complained to them,that drs. office and my insurance co of the time,I still have it!i have been on disability,and that doesn't pay a lot.HELP! After being given a price for a piece of equipment in one location, they said that it could be picked up in one closer to me. I drove 50 miles one way to pick it up. Upon arriving, they said that they don't sell that type of device despite their employee giving me a purchase price. Terry interrupted me multiple times and was quite lackadaisical and had no interest in helping. If they don't sell them, they should just say we don't sell them and not give a purchase price. When I stood up, they then asked if I wanted them to pre-certify with my insurance. I asked why they would do that if they don't sell them. What a waste of time and gas. Thedcare at Home violated my HIPPA rights. They were fishing around for information in my medical records at 2 different hospitals with no reason. They claimed the insurance company required the information. I spoke with my insurance. They did not require the information, nor did Theda contact the insurance company during this process. I had to go to a competitor to get my equipment. read more
