Of course this place is a dream for anyone trying to get a hooly together, you have your balloons and streamers and party poppers and plates and cups and cards and pinatas and anything themed to whatever holiday is closest! best thing about the shop though is its selection of costumes, well there were lots the last time i was in there around Halloween. Now in fairness i am a fan of making my own costume and being all original but if you just don't have time this is the best place to go, you could even dress up as a party!

She is a massive fan of this shop and I too have followed in her admiration of the place. When my sister got engaged last year I went straight to this place and went a bit mad with balloons for their engagement party. They have EVERYTHING you need and are really accommodating. This is the worst dress company there is! They don't design well, they ship dresses out that…read morearen't the approved design. Their workmanship is shotty at best. I was having a dress made for my daughter this summer and the dress took forever and the design didn't even match the approved CAD design. We tried designing another and decided to part ways. They tried to send me my refund through paypal which would cost me more money! They not only kept my deposit, should have returned it on good faith, they now have told my credit card company that they sent me a dress. Now I have to re-open another dispute and go out of my way to prove I never received a dress. My friend bought a dress for her daughter and it showed up not being the approved CAD. She sent it back and it took weeks to get the dress back. They have so many excuses to why dresses take so long, why dresses don't look exactly like the CAD. I just now received my daughter's dress from Gavin, and just like her sister's dress, LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE CAD. Save your daughter the heartache and yourself frustration and go with Gavin!

We called quite a few party stores in Dublin and they were unwilling to blow up our balloons even as paying customers unless we bought the balloons there. No such issue at Celebrations. We had very courteous staff who blew up all the balloons (there was quite a lot) in under 40 minutes. They never once complained and even offered to order us a cab. The shop itself also offers costumes and other party supplies. Highly recommend.

We had called ahead but not booked a time, but nonetheless they accommodated us requesting 40 regular balloons and 6 huge balloons-- a job which was to take 45 mins. We fecked off for Starbucks and left them to their work. When we came back the place was full of red and they had organised them into bunches to make it easy to bring back-- which was no mean feat. They even offered to call us a taxi if we needed that, which was excellent service! Everyone in the place that we came across was just lovely, and I'd definitely be inclined to come back for other supplies in the future as a result.

When my friend informed me that there was a new vintage shop opened in temple bar I was hesitant to even check it out as at this stage they have all become quite samey to me and sometimes the things are really not worth the expense they will incur on your purse!! Well I was pleasantly surprised as this store has something for all and prices for all!! I was out to spend money that day but I didn't feel like blowing €100 on a "Vintage" dress. When I walked in I seen that this place was HUGE and divided into section as with the site itself. I am quite rock chic at the best of times and the Vintage frocks that are sold at most of these places do not suit me as I am 5ft 1 and "Curvy" and therefore cannot pull off the length or print of most of these dresses. I was so happy to see they had a little rock section with gorgeous cut sleeve dress/tops and really rock chic jewelry. They have there formal boutique that has stunning dresses out back and there amazing home section. If nothing else I would say check the place out even for a window shop. It really does have something for all!!!
