Been here twice now (first time when first opened)…read more Absolutely brilliant. Great service, superb! Great drinks and atmosphere. Barcelona 'bomb' was a little bland though, everything else fantastic (lobster tacos could benefit from a squeeze of lime and a grain of salt, especially at nearly 10 quid a pop) Everything else was soooo great. What a place you have here. Fab oysters, croquetas de jamón, pil pil awesome! Top cocktails too! Definitely admire how you guys deal with being busy, it's a joy to watch.

We finally got a table!!!…read more I have been trying for 12 months to get a table at this place! If you ring a week before the chances of you get a table are SLIM! It is so popular in the heart of Warrington. Las ramblas is based in the cultural quarter in Warrington, I really like the cultural quarter it's got some great restaurants and bars. The staff are absolutely lovely at las ramblas!! I am only sorry we didn't leave a tip because we had no change :0 so sorry about that and we didn't have the option to do it by card ! the food is lovely I love tapas, there is a good range of dishes including specials, the portions are generous so consider that before you order to any dishes ! The kitchen is open I always love to watch food being cooked I think it's important that ,you can watch your food being cooked especially in regards to hygiene ! The restaurant is large and it's well planned out. They also have live music on a regular basis not just at weekends! If you are in the area check it out even if it's for a cheeky cocktail because they are awesome too :)

It should definitley be on the list of places to support if you are a real ale drinker that likes to visit different pubs. No food and not the place to take the wife for a romantic evening. Porters has received write ups from Camra stating it is the freidnliest pub in Warrington. I agree. The Good news his they have just installed 2 more hand pumps and are looking at having a beer festival on January 14th 2010.

Update: April 2009 Music nights, especially…read moreopen-mike-nights, are superb. Now serve a real ale, kept well and tasting good; hence improved rating. All down to a new management who are doing something about making this a real pub worth visiting. For many years, this was spoken of by locals as the pub with the trades descriptions act problem. Painted on one of the side walls was an enormous advert stating that there were fine ales and beers served here. In living memory, they have never served real ale, much less fine ale. It was, and is, a small, homely boozer which has existed on a reputation for being a bikers' pub for a long while, now, sadly, usurped by the scooter boys and those who carry a crash helmet in the hopes of finding a bike! The music! Most weekends, there are live rock bands performing in the back room (it can be heard well enough outside, so that doesn't matter) and the choice of bands is legendary. It doesn't matter about the beer when you are listening to Fixxer or any of their contemporaries. An excellent night out for any who are past (or before) the stage of caring about their hearing!
