I respectfully brought this concern and question to her via email honestly thinking I would come to a better understanding and resolution to my hair goals. She replied back explaining things to me regarding the relaxer service & process of going blonde that she failed to tell me during my initial consultation. Had she done so I would've obviously understood why my hair still had a curl to it and not questioned her about it. Instead, she decided not to do business with me ever again which I feel was out of spite due to her feeling slightly offended. She met me with the classic "I wish you the best of luck..." I've attached the factual email exchange between Toni & I and also proof that I was a client of hers & I did pay her for relaxing my hair so Yelp knows I'm genuine, legit, and voicing a real concern I had regarding my experience with this business owner/hairstylist.
