Bought a home they had listed. Their client hid many huge issues to include the day of move in: a…read moregas leak, major roof issue that needed replaced, and a stove that had a piece of plastic in the bottom to hide imperfections. As first time military home owners this was a huge expense for our family. No one was willing to make it right for us. Not their realtor or ours. Terrible experience.

This is not a great company, Poor customer service, lack of caring, no attention to details…read more Closing at 11am on a house and Coldhearted Banker did not show up for final walk thru. Left the poor owners hanging, They were not advised that owners needed to be out by closing till less than 7 days from closings. Imagine 2 70 something people trying to clear out a house of a lifetime of collecting using 2 small cars. What a joke, we cancelled our closing and are now assuming the worst will happen in regards to the thousands of dollars wasted on this fiasco. My advice,,,, stay away from this "premier agency". save your time and sanity.
