I've been receiving Rasha treatments with Suzi on an almost weekly basis since January (at the time I'm posting this, I've just received my 8th session), and I'm so incredibly grateful I found her! When I first came to Suzi, I was going through multiple traumatic crises in my life, all happening at the same time. I was in a terrible space emotionally, spiritually, and physically. After my first session, I noticed a difference in my grounding and presence. By the third session (trauma release), I experienced one of the biggest shifts. Suzi and the Zen Den is probably the best thing to have ever happened to me! First off, the location is easy to find and so is parking. The office itself is so beautiful with a view of the valley. I could sit there several hours if I could. Suzi herself is very welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable. What I love most is she takes her time with clients, I never feel rushed or like I'm paying by the minute, instead the fee is for one session and Suzi goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of, even if it means adding in an extra service she feels like you need, giving you a few spirulina tablets to try and make you feel better or just even talking to you a couple minutes more about your situation. She's also very relatable, for once when speaking to someone about my health condition and past I can feel understood and that I will have a solution. And I do! The health and diet recommendations Suzi gave me started working right away, I was told to cut out wheat for inflammatory purposes and my bloat is already halfway gone within the first week. Understanding also that health goes beyond physical and also lies in the emotional and spiritual plane, Suzi helps understand which past traumas might be affecting your health and energy centers/chakras as well as giving you guidance on how to balance those. The best thing about visiting Suzi is she uses this machine that helps reset your energy field so that you're not stuck attracting negative life situations. The past few years I've became a bitter person because of my life circumstances and never thought I would be the joyful, radiant ray of sunshine I used to be. Suzi is a total sweetheart. She really cares about what she does and loves healing people. Having developed a chronic lower back pain issue over the last few years I started going to the Zen Den for PEMF treatments on her Bemer mat. First off let me say what a ZEN DEN this place really is!!! Suzi Jasmin is such a lovely warm presence. As soon as you meet her you'll notice how calming and soothing it is just to be around her. She makes you feel very welcome and allows you to feel comfortable and open before the session even begins. This allowed for a very powerful experience. I have had other treatments like this before but not with such immediate results. The Manicor MR put me into a state of deep relaxation similar to meditating. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and pancreatitis with her taking insulin and her new diet she has lost all energy. Suzi had told me about what her office does and had me come by to see what she could do. I most definitely admit my dog had more energy and liveliness than what she had had in past weeks I can't wait till the next visit to see how she's doing after that. I met Suzy today for a PEMF session. She was gracious and kind, offering information on exactly how the technology works. I could sense her compassionate nature when I told her about the intense pain I was in. I think the PEMF treatment worked, because my pain has diminished considerably at this point. Granted, I did some stretching and walked on the beach after the PEMF, so I'm not totally sure it was the machine. My intuition tells me that the PEMF did play a major role in my improvement. Suzi and I met over 20 years owing to our common interest in horses and our paths have crossed a number of times through the years. She is smart and warm-hearted and has a sincere desire to help other people feel good. I know her to have a keen interest in the mind-body relationship and and how that relationship affects our overall health. I am also aware that Suzi is the consummate researcher and it is apparent that she has done her homework when it comes to her most recent endeavor. It seems she has brought together her life experience and what she has learned about this valuable new technology and come full circle. This appears to be her calling. Recently I had the opportunity to experience this new technology first hand. After running into Suzi at a social gathering where I was complaining about this chronic pain in my shoulder of two years duration that just wasn't getting any better, Suzi suggested I make an appointment for a treatment. She spoke briefly about this new technology she had been incorporating into her therapy. She went into some detail as to how electromagnetic waves can act upon the fluids in our body to bring about balance and thereby chronic pain can be significantly reduced. Well, I scoffed a bit at her suggestion, but a couple weeks later when my shoulder was killing me, I decided to take Suzi"s advice and made an appointment. First, what a great place her office is, very comfortable. Suzi has created a sublime oasis that is both calming and invigorating, I felt encouraged to have a seat and relax while enjoying a bit of conversation about this therapy I was about to undergo. Suzi simply but thoroughly explained how this technology works. I now understand that humans, being made up of mostly liquids, are highly receptive to radio frequencies. When the correct frequency is dialed into the BEMER and allowed to pass through our body, our liquids become tuned in, so to speak, improving their flow. Through this increased flow of bodily fluid, a tremendous state of well being can be achieved. Yada, yada, yada... Just hook me up to the machine. OMG! I was amazed and the next day I was truly overwhelmed. First, let me clarify that there is no hooking you up. Comfortable pads are merely placed on you or beneath you to allow the electromagnetic frequency to pass through your body. Immediately after that first 30 minute treatment there was a reduction in my pain. The next morning the pain was 75 percent gone. I was astonished by the improvement. After about 10 days the pain was reduced by about 90 percent of what it had been. This was after only one treatment. I am 72 years old truck driver who had gotten used to feeling pain. I never imagined that a single treatment could bring about such a dramatic affect. And to think I was about to resign myself to this pain lasting forever.
