The prices are reasonable too, a little cheaper than some other spas I checked out. I said ok thats fair enough and booked an appointment. When I got there, my lash tech wasn't that friendly and didnt have good customer service skills. She didnt stop at any point to see how I was doing or ask if I was comfortable etc like you would at any other treatment facility. Worst part is..after the lift she didnt even let me get the tint! Said I would have to make a whole separate appointment and come back for that. Probably because I was the last appt before her weekend? I dont know what her reasoning is but I didnt appreciate that at all and felt like I got jipped. She sent me home with 2-3 mascara wands with instructions to keep them clean and that was it. The lift only lasted like 2 weeks. No one noticed or complimented them either. Mind you I already have long lashes as it is. The lift didnt add much to my look at all. Tip: Don't waste your time any money on a lift unless you already have crazy long voluminous lashes already..go straight to the falsies or just use mascara at home. Another tip: read the actual reviews! A lot of people's reviews below don't match up to the amount of stars they gave so don't depend on ratings.

I have long, thick curly hair and she took her time with it. She has curly hair herself and knew how to cut my hair well. She also offered tips on how to keep it healthy and frizz free, which I appreciated. She was courteous and did a great job. Everyone in the salon wore masks and had to sign a waiver. Jen took my temperature when I walked in. There is parking in the back, accessed off the main road a little before the salon itself. The driveway right before the salon is a one way so you have to turn into the lot a bit earlier.

On top of the technician being 10 minutes late with no prior client, the entire tail of my brow was taken off without permission. Then I was told I didn't walk in with that hair to begin with, it "looks fine" and it will "grow back fast". I had to ask for their makeup artist to teach me how to fill in my brows for the time being, no one even thought of it, everyone was just standing around looking while I was in tears. The owner didn't even come out to address anything (they asked if I wanted to see her..I don't even think that should be a question. And I'm sure now I'm that am writing a review she'll try and address it). Once the mistake was finally acknowledged I was offered a brow serum to help it grow back. But let's be serious, if those things even worked everyone would be walking around with full brows. Execution was poor, and the attempt at redemption was worse. Please reference the photos, one of which is me in tears IN the salon in tears. So, I'm not saying don't come here, I'm saying be weary and I hope your service goes the way you want it to. If not you'll be the one trying to fix it.

Not only that but she is extremely talented at what she does. I didn't feel much pain at all when I got microblading and I didn't feel any discomfort with the other services.
