Consent should be opt-in, not opt-out. Also don't spread essential oils without telling people what's in it because people have allergies. Also not a fan of the wu wu stuff about sensing and cleansing energies with hand movements, which is not even part of the traditional spiritual practice of yoga. I found a better studio in town.

So far I've done Zumba and yoga, but my favorite classes, hands-down, are the candlelight yoga and various other yoga and movement workshops with Michelle Anthony. If you lock in a year membership the rate is good compare to other gyms. Though, make sure you bring your own towel. I am not sure because it was a Sunday but only seemed like one person was working and I had to wait for a good 15 min before I could be waited on. Also seems to be the same excuse about not knowing anything from this person and the other person at the desk when I left. Which was I just recently started and so not know the answer. I am confused though why if somebody isn't fully trained why would you not have a second person working there? Was all the help just hired at the same time? The instructors are all fantastic! They recently received and updated a lot of their equipment, and always keep the gym in good shape by cleaning. I almost always see one of their employees working on something or cleaning the facility. Once you are done working out, whether it be in the pool, weight section, or cardio cinema, you can stop by the desk on your way out for a smoothie! They are really good, and actually not that high in calories. The only thing that I wish they had at this point is towels, but it's easy enough to bring your own. LOVE Gold's, and cannot see myself ever going to another gym in Eau Claire.
